thanks to your book & DVD i "see" the minor/major pentatonic patterns connection. it is musically ok to solo between the two? that is changing keys i believe but that is ok, yes?
and parallel relations, do you have a simplistic example? maybe that is in your book and i haven't seen it yet.

I think you're confused. I suggest you study my book Fretboard Theory. Specifically, read Chapter 7: Roots, Keys and Applying Scales.
